  Galaxy e-Shop reserves the rights to change/edit/amend/rules/terms and conditions 

"This is a legal and binding agreement between you (Customer) and the Galaxy e-Shop"
 
Acceptance of Reward Programs
 
By filling out the signup form, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them. 18 years or above age  is mandatory for becoming a customer at Galaxy e-shop

 Galaxy e-shop offers four plans

  1. Starter Plan
  2. Essential Plan
  3. Ultimate Plan
  4. Advance Plan  

 

1. Starter Plan

  • Direct Reward Commission is 1 gP excluding GMS.
  • Maximum sale of Starter plan is 300gP/300gP. After achieving this sale, customer(s) will automatically be shifted to next Essential Plan. 
  • Administrative charges is 3gP.

 

2. Essential Plan
 
  • Direct Reward Commission is 1gP excluding GMS.
  • Maximum sale of Essential plan is 500gP/500gP. 
  • Administrative charges for this plan is 5gP.

 

3. Ultimate Plan

  • Direct Reward Commission is 1gP excluding GMS.
  • Maximum sale of Essential plan is 1500gP/1500gP.
  • Administrative charges is 7gP.

 

4. Advance Plan

  • Direct Reward Commission is 1gP excluding GMS.
  • Maximum sale of Advance plan is 3000gP/3000 gP
  • Administrative charges is 3gP

Administrative Charges

Administrative charges depend upon the selection of the product(s) which is mentioned in below. These charges are for maintenance of website(s), accounts and etc which will be payable at the start of the business. These charges are once and last time only.

Request for a Cheque

  • Minimum amount to request for a Cheque is 200 gP per day and maximum amount to request for a Cheque is 600 gP per week
  •  5% services charges and 10% withholding tax will be deducted from the requested cheque

 

Procedure for Cheque Request

  • Customer(s) first send the email for cheque request to admin@galaxye-shop.com. The request will be processed with in 48/72 hrs.
  • The email must include attached scanned copy of CNIC of customer(s).
  • At the time of receiving cheque, customer(s) must show his/her original CNIC as given in email

 

Payment Methods:

  • Payment to Galaxy e-Shop may be done by:
  • Bank Deposit
  • Cheque
 
Encashment of Commission

 Customer(s) can cash their commissions from cheque request option OR by introducing new customer(s) OR by purchasing GeS product(s).

GMS (Galaxy Motivational Step) Condition

  • GMS (Galaxy Motivational Step) is valid only for one plan

 

Illegal Activities

  • Any illegal activities will result in terminating the customers/members account(s) for life time/time being
  • If any customer found in damaging the GeS net/tree will results in terminating the customers/members account(s) for life time/time being
  • Galaxy e-shop is not responsible for any individual act of any customers
  • 18 years or above age is mandatory for becoming a customer at Galaxy e-shop
  • In case of any query related to IT, accounts, theft, illegal activities, complaint, please send email to admin@galaxye-shop.com
 
Commission Statement
 
Galaxy e-shop is not responsible for any individual act of any customers
It is the responsibility of the respective customer(s) to view, print and/or download their respective Commission Statement accordingly and it is also highly advisable that all Customers print a copy of their Commission Statement for their own safekeeping.
 
Advertising & Promotions
 
  • Customer(s) are not allowed to advertise the products of Galaxy e-shop, use any literature written/recorded or any other promotional materials that may implicate the Company in any manner.
  • Customer may request in writing to admin of Galaxy e-shop for approval to be granted for any advertising or promotional exercise for which copies of the materials must have been submitted to Galaxy e-shop for written approval prior to the said exercise via authorized Agent/Dealer.
  • Self created literature regarding the product and company is a complete responsibility of customer and not Galaxy e-shop.
  • All the promotions will be given by Galaxy e-shop. Promotional bonus given to customers will be encash by introducing new customers. Galaxy e-shop is not responsible for encashment of bonus points
License to Use
 
GeS grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. Except with our express written consent, you are not allowed to download or modify our website, or any portion of it. You are not allowed to reproduce duplicate, copy or modify our website or any portion of it.

 Personal Data

All personal data you submit to GeS via this website is secure by GeS Privacy Policy.
 
Technical Error
 
  • GeS in advance apologize in case of any technical error in GeS. If any customer(s) found any technical error or if you discovered any error in the site or other Offerings, send email to admin@galaxye-shop.com.Your response will be highly appreciated
  • In case of any query related to IT, accounts, theft, illegal activities, complaint, please send email to admin@galaxye-shop.com

 

 Transfer of Ownership/Galaxy Accounts

  • In case of transfer of Galaxy account(s) to another customer, following process must be followed. otherwise ownership will be transferable and the account will remain the property of first purchaser.
  • Agreement on stamp paper between both parties including their written signature with at least 2 witness
  • Scan Original CNIC copy of both parties
  • All the above documents will send to admin@galaxye-shop.com.

 

Signup Form

Signup form is the form in which customer write their basic information like personnel information, payment, product(s) name etc. It is recommended from GeS administration for the entire existing customer to fill out the signup form before signing up any customer.

Products

Manufacturing defected products can be replaced by company within 30 days of delivery. The product(s) should be unused otherwise replacement will not be applicable. The request of defected products can be sent to products@galaxye-shop.comAny Defected product(s) can be replace within three months by showing the invoice of that products received at the email address (provided at the time of signup). GeS reserves the rights to take legal action against misused of its products either by any customer(s) or company. Delivery of Product is made within 3-4 weeks from the date of official confirmation of order or redemption. In case of any query related to product and services, product advice, product delivery, product damage, product complain, please send email to products@galaxye-shop.com
